Loan Products

Conventional Conforming Loans

The most common mortgage seen advertised.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Mortgages

These mortgages usually come with the lowest rates. These loans can be for 10 to 30 years. You can Purchase, Refinance or Cash Out

Jumbo Loans

Generally for higher loan amounts. These loans also come with some of the lowest rates for the most well qualified borrowers. Purchase, Refinance or Cash Out. 


Government Loans

Sponsored by government entities. These loans are for low down payments, lower credit scores, higher debt ratios, but still offer some of today's lowest rates.

FHA Mortgages

These loans can be used for purchase, refinance, and cash-out.

VA Mortgages

Mortgages for our veterans (thank you veterans!) Purchase, Refinance, and Cash-Out for terms from 15-30 years. 

USDA Mortgages

These mortgages can be used for loan is rural areas and have income restrictions. These loans can be used for Purchase, Refinance or Cash-Out. 


Alternative Mortgage Options

These mortgages can be used for a variety of special needs or requirements.

ALT-QM

These loans can be used for purchase, refinance, and cash-out and typically allow most leniency related to loan amounts, qualifying characteristics, and documentation requirements. 

ALT Prime

These loans typically just fall outside of qualifying guidelines for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Can be used for Purchase, Refinance, and Cash-Out for terms from 15-30 years. 

DSCR Mortgages

These mortgages can be used for investor owned properties for borrowers that don't want to use tax returns for qualifying.  These loans can be used for Purchase, Refinance or Cash-Out of your investor owner properties. 

Bank Statement or 1099 or No Tax Return Mortgages

It is possible to obtain a mortgage by using monthly bank statements from your business or even personal bank statements. You can use only 1099's to qualify for this program as well. Neither option uses tax returns. Purchase, Refinance, and Cash Out are all available options.
